Cons:-
Not practical for small orders
Compared to other techniques, screen printing requires more preparation before going into production. This prevents it from being appropriate for “on-demand” printing, in which a garment is made as soon as an order is received.
More money for multiple colors
Only one color can be applied at once. Adding another layer of colors required more time, and needed a new screen or stencil, and ultimately costs more money.
